BAKEMATIC DECK OVEN

The Bakematic Deck Ovens are designed out of high-quality stainless steel and have one or more baking chambers, allowing large volumes of bread or pastry based products to be baked. Our large-capacity deck ovens can be used with a stone hearth for the baking surface (pizza products) and be fitted with individual controlled deck steam generators, ensuring a crisp bread crust. The option of an under-built prover unit is also available. Deck ovens are a versatile and important piece of bakery equipment, suited for artisan bakeries, pizza restaurants, professional pastry kitchens and more.

Combustion chamber

Combustion chamber is made from special heat-resisting steel and additionally is lined by pressed chamotte which assure long-lasting oven survivability.

All in the front

The controls are in the front of the oven. Systematic construction assures easy conservation and helps keep oven tidy. Regulation elements are also in the front of the deck oven.

Lighting

High-efficient halogen lighting with strong ventilation system.

Materials and finishing

Modern design, high quality of all elements and the best materials assure a long operational use of the commercial deck oven. A very efficient steam generator creates a lot of steam in short time within the best parameters, to produce a nice crispy crust.

Heat circulation

Special Bakematic “EvenBake’ patented system allows extremely proficient heat circulation assuring regular temperature distribution on all bakery surface for each deck. Baking soles with internal reinforcement and high thickness permit baking of traditional, best quality bread.

Control panels choice

Oven can be equipped with traditional control elements or microprocessor controller with programmed baking time.
